Following a full hysterectomy, I had no success with conventional estrogen treatments. My GYN prescribed Estrodial drops, compounded. This was in 1992, and I am still using them today. Since 1992, I have had 2 bad falls and sustained no broken bones. Attending physicians said my bones were in remarkable shape, and attributed it to the Estradiol treatment. I am currently seeing an orthopedic surgeon for hip and low back issues. He tells me my hips are in remarkable shape for my age, 73 years old. Without my Estradiol, I have headaches and lack of energy. They are essential to my daily lifestyle. PLEASE do not take them away from me!

It is the ONLY thing that worked after many, many prescriptions for hormone replacement. I had severe symptoms for many years. I cant live without these bio identical hormones.

I have been on cBHT for about 15 years and plan to be on cBHT for the rest of my life. I had hot flashes so bad - I had them about every hour all day long and at night when I would role over or change positions I would have them. My mood is so much better according to my husband. My hormone replacement therapy has lessened my bladder infections. At one point I stopped using the estrogen cream, and my bladder infections came back. Using the cream again, I am not having the infections.

Before cBHT I would wake in the middle of the night, every night, soaking wet from night sweats. It was as if I had had a large glass of water poured over me. I would have to change to dry pajamas, and sleep on a towel. The night sweats stopped as soon as I started cBHT. What a wonderful change for my life. I am also able to think more clearly. I don't feel like a scatter brain, and it keeps away the emotional ups and downs. I really like having a brain that functions properly. And, I also enjoy having a healthy sex life. I really, really don't want to lose that. And I don't think the man I live with wants me to either. I am very, very happy with the cBHT in my life. Please ask the FDA to keep their hands off my hormones. Please ask them to not change the lives of millions of Americans who are very happy, and more healthy, physically, and mentally, due to cBHT.

I discovered, years ago, that taking a more natural approach to my health care was most beneficial to my overall well-being. The compounded estrogen cream and Natural Thyroid medicines have made a big difference in my emotional health even during my most stressful and depressing times.

When I turned 49, I had one ovary and fallopian tube removed, due to pelvic adhesion syndrome. It put me into IMMEDIATE surgically induced menopause. For one year I tried all manor of OTC remedies, home remedies, and suffered terribly throughout. Headaches, 24/7 sweats, nausea, insomnia, and a host of other daily maladies, brought on menopause. At 50, I sought out a practitioner that specialized in BHRT. Pellets for the estrogen/testosterone, and compounded progesterone in the cream form. In a few weeks, I felt better than I had in a very long time. At about the 2nd year of being on BHRT, for some strange reason, my Dr. decided to put me on traditional pill form of progesterone. I filled the script and after about 10 days of taking it, I suffered from horrible headaches. Blood pressure, musculoskeletal and all other causes of headache were eliminated and all that was left was the progesterone. I called the pharmacist and he informed me that yes, the progesterone capsules that are prescribed have headache as one of the top three side effects. I requested my physician immediately place me back on the compounded progesterone and after about a week, headaches went away and long story short, I am now 59, feel great and highly recommend to anyone that will listen that they, too, should consult their physician about BHRT. Its safe, effective, and if taken away, I will suffer, as I am sure many, many other people will as well. I had previously used HRT via oral pharmaceutical route with ill effects. I went to an integrative physician who prescribed the topical hormone as well as compounded thyroid replacement. Those interventions made a huge improvement in my overall health and well being. My daughter had a thyroidectomy and could not tolerate the synthetic thyroid hormone. She would not have made it without compounded thyroid and alternatives to pharmaceuticals. My husband is currently on a very specific compounded thyroid hormone and it has made a significant improvement over Synthroid. He has been on the compounded hormone for years and doing very well.

For several years I was taking these until my Oregon Naturopathic doctor prescribed me these troches in 2009. I am 75 yrs young and lead a healthy vibrant life. I have always had a healthy sexual appetite and still do. I really feel without this BHT I would have shriveled up into a prune over the years. I would not be taking HRT if it wasn't for them being compounded. The Hormone Replacement therapies made by synthetic means are dangerous.

After going through chemo, I was having side effects. Always tired and lacked energy and libido. Since being on hormone therapy I feel like a different person. I feel it should be my individual right to keep having access to my prescription.

Before starting on HRT I was experiencing significant weight gain going from 125 to 150 within a 6 month period after I got a hysterectomy. I have been a life time exerciser and still am and have a healthy eater. I'm also a certified health coach. Neither exercise of healthy eating was able to stop the weight gain.
