I have been taking cBHT since I was in my early 50's. I am now 68 years old. The form of cBHT that I take, and have always taken, is The Wiley Protocol. It is a system of putting estradiol cream on one arm every day and progesterone cream on the other arm over a two week period, in varying sequencing throughout the menstrual cycle or lunar month. When I first started the cBHT, I was having hot flashes about every 30 minutes. When I say "hot flashes", I mean I would become soaking wet with sweat.
