For two years, I tried a prescription HRT that was not compounded and it was not meeting my needs at all. I had a complete hysterectomy in 2009 and in 2011. After the two years referenced above, a friend recommended cBHT. I met with a doctor who was willing to prescribe. She ran a series of tests which determined what I needed. It has been an incredible change in every aspect of my life.

I do not have hot flashes or other symptoms of menopause and helps prevent osteoporosis. I believe the HRT is essential to continuing my good health.

I had a total hysterectomy years ago and have NEVER been able to be without hormones to control both hot flashes, depression and memory fog. I can no longer use regular prescription strengths as they are too strong for me at my age. Only the small amount made in the compounded formula works for me. Without that, I truly believe I'd be living as someone with dementia, depression and the horrible hot flashes that are 24/7 and never let up. I really don't know what I would do without it. It scares me to death that I might have to experience that.

What I very much appreciate is that the formulas are compounded SPECIFICALLY for my needs. No one pill/shot/etc. fits all. If it's not working, it can be adjusted up or down. Then I have yearly follow ups that have helped us stay on top of any changes. I truly appreciate that consult. Because they are catered to me, the side effects are not there, or if something isn't right, it can be stopped unlike implants that have to run their course. Please do not stop this valuable service!

I can't say I was depressed, but I was very cranky most days. My joints ached and I was gaining weight. Fast forward to life with cBHT, I am happy, feel great, can sleep at night, have energy and just plain enjoy life again.
