Before I started on the bioidentical hormone therapy, my energy, mood and libido were non-existent. I continued to have the post menopausal symptoms of night sweats, brain fog and hot flashes. I have never been a fan of hormonal, oral contraceptives so I used them very little, choosing alternative options. I still hope that in the coming years I am able to discontinue my use of these hormones, but for now, I cannot imagine having to go without them. I know HRT would be a viable option, should I be forced to consider them, but my reluctance to them is so high I'm not sure I would choose to go that route which means that my life would be drastically altered in ways that would not be good for me or those around me. I prefer treating with an option that brings less risk to my health (bioidenticals) than increased risks associated with it (ie. increased risk of female related cancer(s). I'm praying I'm not put in the position to be forced to make that decision in the future.

The benefits of cBHT on my life are significant. I've been using them for almost 10 years, and they have improved several aspects of my life. Large Pharma doesn't sell the Lozenge or Troche for testosterone. The lotion or gel transfers to my spouse, so the Lozenge was key and it's more affordable. Our local compound pharmacy is excellent. Please don't restrict their operation. I get a Px from my doctor, just like any other px.

I can't even begin to count how important cBHT is to me personally. My quality of life is the best since I was in my 20's. No more hot flashes, emotional roller coaster, migraines, my skin is better, and hair is healthier.
