Topical creams did not alleviate any symptoms. Oral progesterone made me very ill. It was not until I had a compounded troche that life returned to normal.

I was having significant issues with sleeping after I had a hysterectomy. Finally decided to address it with my naturopath and she suggested adding progesterone to my routine and it helped a lot.

I will be shut down and don't believe I should be abused that way by the FDA. Who allows big pharmaceutical companies to produce drugs that can kill me as a side-effect.
