I take Progesterone at night. It helps to sleep, helps with night sweats, and helps with clarity. I have found no over the counter that helps. I take a compounded cream that changed my attitude from being intolerant, confused, and having major mood swings. I was a mess trying to balance my own hormones. A friend recommended seeing a hormone specialist. He took blood samples and found I was bottomed out on levels.
