As a clinical RN, I deal with many patients that need these medications. This is not a finite issue. Many people need various HRT for numerous health issues. Patients have enough problems with purchasing their meds. The medical community has the knowledge to determine the need, not the government.

I have tried dozens of synthetic hormones and was ready to end my life. This was unbearable until a friend told me about bioidentical hormones. All my symptoms went away in a matter of days. FDA wants to discontinue because they are influenced by big pharma Establishment. Its my body and it should be my choice

I don’t know what I would do without hormone replacement therapy, with the compounded tablets that provide me progesterone testosterone DHEA, and estrogen. They have greatly helped me with sleep, mood, vitality, and energy level. The differences are night and day between when I was without them and after I’ve been on them. I can sleep a lot better, be much more productive during the day, and be able to do my life with a sense of calm and a much more positive mood.

I am truly living my best life after menopause due completely to the compounded hormones and supplement regimen I am on as well as healthy lifestyle choices. I would not be able to function without these valuable health-preserving compounds prescribed by my naturopathic physician. Please consider millions of women are taking these in peri and post-menopausal states worldwide and the naturopathic community better serves us to help us all navigate our health. Do not cave to the profiteering pharmaceutical industry on this issue.

I am highly reactive to synthetic hormones and certain ingredients in medications. Compounded medications are the only way I can safely avoid medicines with ingredients I’m highly reactive to.

cBHRT has increased my quality of life and without it, I am subject to blinding migraines and excruciating pain. It has kept my quality of life to make it one worth living. Without it, I would be lost. Please stay out of my medical options when pharmaceutical companies don’t give me any!

Bio-identical hormones saved my life. I was depressed for years. Tried a cocktail of psych drugs, therapy, meditation etc. These hormones make me feel like the person I thought I would never find again. If you take them away you’ll simply create a massive black market. People will get their hormones legal or illegal. They are much safer under the supervision of a doctor through a licensed pharmacy.

After having children my thyroid production drastically decreased. The symptoms were life-altering and frankly miserable. After a short honeymoon period, traditional pharmaceuticals for my condition only made me feel worse. Compounded bioidentical hormone therapy restored my health and eliminated all symptoms.

Now that I am approaching menopause it has been easy to add progesterone and estrogen to my regimen to keep my hormones working together as a beautiful symphony.

There is no good reason to eliminate such a beneficial therapy. We have a natural right to access health tools like cBHT without governmental interference. There should be no consideration given to profit-motivated calls to limit human access to these safe and effective therapies.

After a complete (unneeded) hysterectomy at 50, and then 15 years on patches, injections & Premarin. Life was hell. At 65, I took a combination troche from a compounding pharmacy and there was such an improvement. It took 2 years of more blood tests every 6 months to reach perfection. At 75, I'm the healthiest I've ever been. I can't go back because a federal bureaucrat, sitting in an office, makes a decision about me, without taking my situation into account.

I have used compounded hormones for more than 10 years. Nothing else worked as well! I tried going without HRT and my overall well-being suffered. Please do not take these off the market.

Compounding hormonal medications has been extremely helpful to a certain group of patients, including those who are sensitive and may need lower doses. Getting a lower dose of standardized medication is not possible. Additionally, some patients respond better to compounded medications, with a reduction in symptoms.
It seems like an overreach to limit these.

My hot flashes were more than 20 an hour. I couldn't sleep from the night sweats. Irritable is putting it mildly. We stopped camping and hiking because I was constantly overheated. I have a right to quality of life without cancer-causing synthetic hormones.

I have been taking Bioidentical hormones compounded by a specialty pharmacy for more than 10 years. I feel youthful and my bone density is great. My skin is young and I have energy. Please do not take this needed treatment away from me.

I was having all the classic symptoms of menopause....hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, depression, low energy, and low libido. I had tried some herbal remedies with no improvement. In May of 2021, I started with HRT. It has taken almost a year of getting the levels right for me but at this point, I am free from all of the menopause symptoms I was suffering from previously. Once I was put on compounded hormone, my symptoms disappeared and I am in remission because of it.

I am so grateful to be alive and well simply because of compounding pharmacies that are able to make accommodations for my life-threatening allergies.

I use compounded hormones and other medicines. My health is different: I do not know if I could function: or hold a job, without this medicine.

The FDA needs to get back in its own territory and stop its overreach of options in our "free" country. The FDA disgusts me and should not allow big pharma to creep into policies and deny people medicine by pricing it too high to afford.

I could have a different quality of life entirely: a far better one if my meds were affordable.

I was having trouble with short-term memory and motivation to get ANYTHING done. My testosterone was very low. I am not asking, I am imploring you to keep compounded bio-identical hormones available!!
