I started to have unexplained pain in all my muscles/joints a year ago this month. I have been through many doctors, lab workup, x-rays, and CT scans. It is still unexplained, but something to do with inflammation. LDN was recommended during one of my visits with my doctor trying to balance my hormones. I've been on LDN for about 7-8 months now, and although my pain is not completely gone, it has improved greatly. I had limited range of motion too and that is starting to get back to normal as well. I can't imagine going back to the way I felt a year ago.

I have been using cBHT for over 10 years. I know it works for hot flashes and memory, as I had to postpone a doctor's visit and hence, a lapse in my prescription. All of those symptoms came rushing back until I was back on the correct dose. More importantly, I have no signs of osteoporosis and my younger sister who has not been on cBHT has severe osteoporosis. Now she is on heavy pharmaceuticals and is at an extreme high risk for bone fractures throughout her body.
