cBHT has improved my mood, brain fog and sleep patterns. It has helped with my heart palpitations, and has evened out my estrogen levels. I just feel great with the improvements that a natural hormone therapy has done for me.

I could not live without cBHT and the compounding pharmacy has made it affordable for me. The hormone I use would cost six times more than I pay at the compounding pharmacy. Using a compounding pharmacy makes it affordable for me and for those who do not have drug insurance.

I benefit greatly from my hormone therapy. It stops vaginal pain that is excruciating for me and helps prevent urinary tract infections. All this was brought about by a traumatic delivery of my first child.

I felt like myself again after starting the hormone replacement cream. No more brain fog, irritability, and weight gain. They have helped me tremendously.

I believe in natural therapies which can only be obtained through compounding. Other prescribed hormones are synthetic. Compounding allows my doctor to tailor my prescription to my exact needs. It took Western medicine professionals 10 years to figure out how to treat my thyroid. It wasn't until I met a NP who specialized in bioidentical hormone balancing that we got on the right track. The hopeless spiral will start all over again for myself and likely many others. Please don't throw our health away, or minimize our healthcare needs. It's our life we are talking about...not yours.

I was initially given Premarin, the synthetic hormone that is made from horse urine and it put me at risk of an allergic reaction because it is on the list of things I tested positive for. I was happy to hear there was an alternative for this with the naturally compounded estriol, which is natural within my body but I don't produce enough of it. I have medical personal doctor advised reasons for needing use of this estrogen cream beyond menopause. I feel comfortable putting this in my body and not comfortable putting synthetic compounds in my body! It is interesting that this natural compounded estriol is not covered by insurance, but the synthetic brand Premarin is, despite it costing 3-4 times more. I choose to personally pay for my estriol. That is a whole other topic that this lower cost alternative should be covered.

cBHRT has been a godsend for me. I use a cBHRT balanced hormone cream, based on individual hormone levels, so it is not a one-size-fits-all. It does not originate from horse urine, I don't know who decided that should be the protocol for humans. I know that cBHRT has improved my quality of life, and my family's life. The cream is compounded specifically for each patient by compounding pharmacists. I am totally against the FDA outlawing cBHRT.

Taking progesterone and testosterone has greatly increased my quality of life. I am LEVEL. When not level, I suffer many symptoms of menopause. I wish I had this therapy in my thirties and forties! I have told my best friend about hormone therapy and she is a hard one to sell. She went and is now thankful she did. It is essential to keep this therapy available. Being imbalanced is a nightmare and this is such an effective, low risk medical breakthrough.

After menopause, there were uncomfortable issues which affected intimacy with my husband. My doctor had initially given me a prescription which was extremely expensive and was not covered by my insurance. Eventually, through a study at our local hospital, I was given a compound prescription, which, although still not covered by insurance, was a lot more reasonable in price. This has helped me and my marriage a lot. I would be extremely upset if this choice was taken away. It would definitely affect my quality of life.

I feel like myself again. No more migraine headaches, tiredness, fatigue, or weight gain. I feel great and don't need to be on any prescription medications.
