cBHT has made my life better. I've always had issues with sleeping and now I'm sleeping great. That alone is huge. My thinning hair is now thicker than it's been in years. My vaginal dryness is gone and I have a sex drive again. I'm no longer crying or emotional for no reason. The vaginal ointment was yucky and the hormone pills just weren't working for my body. It was also a problem having to time no food x amount of minutes before or after my dosage. With cBHT, one dosage (troche) at bedtime is easy peasy. cBHT has been quite beneficial in giving me a better quality of life, both physically and emotionally. Before using this form of hormone replacement, I had been a victim of mood swings, hot flashes, weight gain, low libido, lethargy, and severe brain fog. Now thanks to cBHT, I'm no longer the victim of my hormones. I am mood swing and hot flash free, and my other symptoms have lessened significantly. I would not want to live my life without these compounded hormones or the pharmacists that compound them. These pharmacists take time to talk to you personally and create a plan specifically for you based on your bloodwork and the exhibiting symptoms. Before cBHT, I was treated as a one-size-fits-all approach; this is not something I want to return to.

I started using cBHT (testosterone and progesterone) because my sex drive and quality of life was suffering. It gave me back my life. I have since had a hysterectomy and after six weeks, the results of zero estrogen started taking a huge toll on me and my health. I added estrogen to my pellet therapy and feel better than I did in my 30's. I will be 50 in two months! I will not use any synthetic hormones and will suffer horribly if I can't get the cBHT.

I went to a specialist that deals with hypothyroidism because of my heath problems. He was able to determine, through testing, what my deficiencies were. Going to a compounding pharmacy was the best way to go. Taking only one pill instead of two; also, the doctors are able to easily adjust the dosage as I progress through treatment, which helps immensely.

I started bioidentical hormones at age 60, after 8 years of Premarin (horse urine), to correct the negative side effects of elevating blood pressure, swollen ankles, headaches, etc. I needed support of my cardiovascular system and mental health, as I was dealing with a spouse who suffered a stroke at age 52. I was his full-time caregiver for 29 years. He passed at age 81 in January of 2019. I have had and still am having sleep and anxiety issues from the stress that lingers. My natural hormone troche remains essential to maintaining my health and well-being. I own and help my daughter in building the main, essential high-tech laundramat in our town, in spite of Covid-19. During my husband's stroke episode, we gave him cBHT also to mitigate the affects of medications and treatments to help maintain his quality of life. He was cognant and communicative to the end. I can't live without this compounded prescription for hormones, as well as the compounded thyroid prescription. I remain a useful, functioning member of society and my family at age 83.

I've tried several different methods of controlling hormone levels: Androgel, shots monthly or twice monthly, and now this amazing cream from RC Compounding. The only treatment that has given me truly consistent levels of testosterone, which never exceed normal, is the cream from my compounder. There is never a spike nor a valley of extremely low testosterone. I maintain a level of about 245-325 and never go through any of the inconsistent mood swings or energy levels.
