I am currently 59 years old. Since I was 10 years old, I have suffered from migraine headaches. Growing up and into adulthood, I virtually always had a headache. It was simply a matter of degree but they were always present. No doctor, and I saw many, ever was able to stop them. The best I could hope for was to reduce their intensity and nearly seamless frequency - and even when a change in medication offered some minor relief, it was always short-lived as my body would adjust to the medication. Additionally, and aside from migraines, a couple years prior to the commencement of my natural prescription program, in around 2010 I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). Lab work and x-rays confirmed that my RA was severe. My Rheumatologist at that time placed me on some very painful injections which, while intended to relief my arthritis pain, also lowered me already weakened immune system even more. Please keep these much treatments widely available and affordable for people like me.

I will not take synthetic hormones because of the side effects and health risks. My sister took traditional HR and it was not good. After my hysterotomy, my menopause symptoms were difficult. It was totally disrupting my daily life. After beginning BHT, things are so much better. I feel normal- like myself again. If BHT became unavailable, I would have to go back to that disruptive life.
