We have a right to be healthy women

This issue of whether or not to continue cBHT is really a Gender Equity issue. Hormone replacement therapy is a means by which millions of women counter the crippling effects of menopause to restore hormonal balance and physical/mental health.
Restricting or eliminating access to cBHT would disproportionately effect women and will greatly interfere with our right to choose our own health care protocols.
Women have the right to age with health and vitality. Compound BHT is the only treatment that works for me and many others like me. Would we be having this conversation if cBHT users were primarily men? I don't think so.
Do not limit women's right to be as healthy as we can be.

Hear their stories. Protect their own words. Protect their access to compounded medicines.

On this page, we can only touch on the data that demonstrates the importance of compounded medicines to the lives of millions of people in this country. While the decision to take this vital therapy from patients and physicians might be profitable for big pharmaceutical companies, it will be disastrous for the millions of patients that those same pharmaceutical companies cannot serve!

We encourage the appropriate committees in both the House and Senate to hold hearings on this critical issue.
