Since 2015, I signed up with Longevity Clinic, and their staff physician, using Hormone Therapy. Along with supplements, diet change and exercise, I've dropped over 25 pounds. My sex life, though not as frequent, has improved substantially. I use the topical cream once a day, and have blood tests every two months to make sure everything is in balance, and so far the results have been consistent and stable with no ill effects whatsoever.
