Prior to using HRT, I struggled with energy, weight gain, low libido and depression. I was diagnosed with a hormone imbalance in my teenage years. My adult life has always been affected by the imbalance. Once I began taking HRT, my life changed. I felt like myself again. I had interest in my favorite activities, I was able to lose weight, and I had energy. Truthfully, I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for using HRT.
