Prior to taking cBHT, I suffered from hot flashes, fatigue, brain fog, and vaginal dryness. The hot flashes would happen suddenly, regardless of the temperature, and would leave me feeling sticky and sweaty. If I was in a crowded setting, I would be embarrassed that I was having to fan myself to try to cool myself off. Daily around 3:00 pm, I would begin to feel sleepy as if I needed a nap.
