Prior to cBHT, my life was miserable. I didn't know how miserable until I discovered how good I was capable of feeling with cBHT.
I was constantly tired, hot flashes and night sweats contributed to sleeplessness and fatigue, weight gain, mood swings, were just a few of the syptoms.
I was afraid of any hormone replacement treatments because of the increased risk of breast cancer and other cancers. Every study I researched concluded of higher risks associated with the synthetic hormone treatments. I have never been one to take any prescribed medication unless it actually treats the cause of the symptom and any side effect is of less severity than the original problem being treated.
I agreed to try cBHT when I discovered that it is derived from plant based hormones which are naturally occuring rather than urine from a pregnant horse which is used in synthetics. The hormones are the most identical to my own. In addition, the prescribed dosage and application of administering can be customized to my specific dosage and needs.
Customized dosages are not available with HRT as they are "pre-manufactured" and must be taken in only the dosages that are made. This means, I may have more or less progesterone or estrogen than my body needs. As long as my hormones remain out of balance, there is no healing in my body to restore natural balance and thus necesitates a perpetual dependency on the HRT.
In comparison, the cBHT can be prescribed to the exact dosage my body requires to restore my own natural hormonal balance, thus allowing my body to heal through the post menopausal phase and eventually eliminating the need for any hormone therapy.
I have never voiced my opinion or would even consider putting my personal information out there for others to review except for the fact that my life has been drastically improved because of the cBHT and I don't want to go back to having no therapy at all. For me it is either the cBHT or nothing. I WILL NOT use synthetic HRT.
