For years I have struggled with fatigue and weight gain. Despite exercise, diet, working with a nutritionist, and sleeping well, I couldn't fix either problem and my mood would shift quickly for no reason. Even despite blood work coming back normal, I finally did the saliva hormone testing and found I had NO progesterone and was incredibly estrogen dominant despite being just 35. In just two months I finally am starting to come out of the fog, mood swings and extreme fatigue. I am finally feeling more like myself and can't wait to see how else my body will transform now that I am able to create balance within my body.

cBHT has made a huge difference in my life! Being able to test to see what my hormone levels were doing throughout the day and then receive the correct amount of each hormone I needed through cBHT has really made a big impact on how I feel each day. I was on a physical and emotional roller coaster before that. I did not want to do anything, it was hard to function, and was a struggle to work at my job. I have had all of that level off now that I am using cBHT. I am not drowsy all day, not always irritable, not nodding off while driving during the day anymore, do not have drenching night sweats, no more hot flashes, can concentrate much better, and I have not been having as much anxiety or depression episodes.

I had so many difficulties going into menopause - sleeplessness, hot flashes, and brain fog. The constantly being hot was more than I could manage with my career. The mood swings were testing my family. After beginning the compounding hormone replacement, after working with the compound pharmacist over several months, I had improved in all the areas of symptoms, most notably the constantly being hot. I have felt better with this treatment than I did taking estrogen pills and I do think I have benefitted from the use as I continue to age. It would have negatively impacted my life - as it did before I began the correct dosage if I had not been able to have this to use. The science may not always support the use of this - but the factors that I know improved certainly would and how one feels is very important in how you manage your life and being able to handle work and home and family - there are no breaks in what you need to do. This has helped me immensely!

I am a registered nurse married to a recovering alcoholic. My stress levels have been through the roof using up much of my cortisol reserves. I was fortunate to be under the care of a competent physician who recommended the cBHT and worked in tandem with the Compounding Pharmacy. This provided me the relief and trust I needed to meet my individual needs. I didn't want to be restricted to the off-the-shelf medicines, or drug companies who can't make individualized doses to fit a patients need. Thank you! Using bioidentical thyroid medication, my internal medicine doctor has been able to tweak my thyroid to the exact amount of T3 and T4 I need, which was never possible with traditional thyroid medications.
Also, bioidentical progesterone and testosterone work so much better for me than traditional forms.
I just wish my health insurance covered bioidenticals. I had to stop using bioidentical hormones due to the cost.
But my thyroid being perfect is so important to me that I have continued to pay for bioidentical thyroid medication out of my own pocket.

Ever since the birth of my second child, I suffered horribly from night sweats and irregular, painful periods. This included a lot of anxiety and crankiness in the days leading up to my cycle. I cannot imagine not using cBHT as a therapy for my health and longevity.

It is the only form of estrogen that doesn't make me sick. I have taken pills, sprays, and other varieties of estrogen, and the vaginal cream stopped the bleeding from dryness and does not make me nauseous.

I am 34 years old and have gone through menopause already. Prior to this I have tried multiple synthetic hormones and birth control over the years, my body did not tolerate any of them that I tried (different brands, different levels and methods). They all caused extreme symptoms; nausea/vomiting, significant personality changes, bleeding every day of the month, etc. Enough that my doctor and I decided that I should not take them. But then I went through menopause early and have been on bioidentical hormones since we figured it out. I feel so much better since starting them, my life can go on with me feeling like myself again. For my health I need to have hormone replacement therapy for many more years, but if these hormones were taken away from me I would be greatly affected. Taking synthetic hormones is not a viable option for me. These hormones are individualized to what my body needs, please don't let anyone take that away from me and all of the other women out there whose lives are improved by using them.
