My husband was diagnosed with advanced stage prostate cancer a year ago. When they found it, we only had weeks to make a decision on treatment. Because he was only 60 and had a lot of living left to do, we decided on radical prostatectomy. Having his prostate removed gave him the best chance of surviving cancer but that decision also came with a cost. As an RN myself, I knew there was a big possibility that he would suffer from erectile dysfunction. As happy as my husband was to be cancer free, he was devastated over his issues with ED. We tried some of the oral meds with no luck. I did some research and we decided to ask his physician if he could try the penile injection hormone therapy which is three drugs mixed together to make a compound medication. We were so hopeful that this was the answer. I can tell you from experience that this compound hormone injection therapy works! My sweet husband has been on it for a year and is doing great. It has given him the boost of confidence that he needed desperately to have a sexually satisfied life. I highly recommend this compound medication to men that are struggling with ED. It gave us our life back after cancer.
