I wanted to transition into and through menopause without using a synthetic hormone drug. I did my research and decided bioidenticals was what I wanted to try. Overall, I felt better, less moody, more energetic, more like my "younger" and happier self. Life, in general, became pleasingly pleasant and enjoyable again.
