I took cBHT when I was in my late 20's. I am currently 60 years old. I first took cBHT to regulate my period. I had endometriosis and had one miscarriage from an ectopic pregnancy and could not conceive again. I was generally in pain each month from the effects of the endometriosis. I took troches then, to suppress my cycles and help them to become regular. I felt better; the pain went away and I had two successful live births- boys. I did not begin cBHT again until I started into pre-menopausal. I started suppositories for that treatment. I really didn't care for the troche method. The suppository is great. I have been on those for five years. I took them to stop the hot flashes that keep kept awake at night, leaving me totally exhausted. I tried many other things naturally and nothing seemed to work. I needed all the benefits from the estrogen.

Hear their stories. Protect their own words. Protect their access to compounded medicines.

On this page, we can only touch on the data that demonstrates the importance of compounded medicines to the lives of millions of people in this country. While the decision to take this vital therapy from patients and physicians might be profitable for big pharmaceutical companies, it will be disastrous for the millions of patients that those same pharmaceutical companies cannot serve!

We encourage the appropriate committees in both the House and Senate to hold hearings on this critical issue.

Explore our interactive map that demonstrates the importance of compounded medicines to patients all across the country. Filter these first-hand accounts by state to see just how vital compounded medicines are.
