I started experiencing pre menopause symptoms early and I went to my OBGYN and he tried to put be on birth control pills again at age 38 along with very expensive migraine medicine. I refused to take birth control pills. I suffered for several years and then my doctor recommended Premarin and after doing much research I was absolutely horrified at what is in the pills and how they go about getting the urine. Finally a friend recommended natural hormonal therapy. I've been on natural compounded hormonal replacement now for 12 years and I feel great! I was experiencing weight gain, fatigue, depression, lack of mental clarity and sever emotions and irritability and since being on all natural hormone replacement therapy I do not suffer from those symptoms. Over the years I have become an advocate for all natural hormone therapy because of the positive effects it's had on my health and well being. My physician closely monitors me and I have blood work every 3-4 months to make sure all my levels are where they need to be.
