I started cBHT just over a year ago in January 2020. I was 51 and struggling with menopausal symptoms. I am a nurse and was having trouble concentrating at work, and my stamina for work was nil. I have always been active and exercise, but it was not helping me. I was gaining weight, losing muscle, and still having sleep problems after daily exercise.
