I started bioidentical hormones at age 60, after 8 years of Premarin (horse urine), to correct the negative side effects of elevating blood pressure, swollen ankles, headaches, etc. I needed support of my cardiovascular system and mental health, as I was dealing with a spouse who suffered a stroke at age 52. I was his full-time caregiver for 29 years. He passed at age 81 in January of 2019. I have had and still am having sleep and anxiety issues from the stress that lingers. My natural hormone troche remains essential to maintaining my health and well-being. I own and help my daughter in building the main, essential high-tech laundramat in our town, in spite of Covid-19.
