I started bioidentical hormones at age 44 shortly after the birth of my fourth child. I felt a difference shortly after starting. The best evidence I have of how well they work is from the two times I had to stop using them. The first time was when my husband lost his job. I was a stay at home mom so finances were tight. I decided to save money and stop the hormones. After a couple of months, my husband offered to replace my old computer. That evening I told him I would rather get back on my hormones. I have many friends who do not use the hormones that I do. They do not sleep, their skin is awful, they are hot flashing, they are moody. I am so thankful, and so is my husband, that I am on these hormones that have me living a normal life. I feel great, I sleep great, and I have never had a hot flash. I recommend these to everyone.
