I'm actually not premenopausal. I'm in another group of people who need hormone replacement therapy who have been overlooked. I suffer from Endometriosis, hypo-androgenic PCOS, Addison's Disease, as well as other autoimmune diseases. My hormone producing organs are severely damaged and no longer function properly.
