Because my mother died early partially from osteoporosis, it was important to me to keep my hormone levels strong so that I did not have the same experience.
I have worked with excellent doctors and am lucky to live in Santa Barbara where many specialists in this treatment live and do ongoing research. My hormone levels have been monitored every 9 months and have stayed fairly balanced.
My bone density improved, my depression receded, my sleep improved. Now at 72 I am strong and healthy and feel and look less than my age.
