I first used a compound troche for menopausal symptoms. There were fewer side effects and I preferred this to traditionally prescribed treatments that contradicted my other conditions. I currently use a compound vaginal cream to assist with atropic vaginitis, vaginal prolapse, bladder prolapse, uterine prolapse and neurogenic flaccid bladder. This cream, as a traditional prescription, would not be affordable to me due to the high prescription cost.
