“I feel myself again”

The biggest menopausal symptom for me was my lack of physical energy. I'm a big hiker/backpacker, but I was dragging when it came time to do my favorite activities. My mind/spirit were excited to be out on the trail, but I had to physically force my way through it. I was fatigued all the time.
