“I feel as if I got a second chance at life.”

Before I took cBHT, my presenting symptoms included: lethargy, low energy, moderate depression, uninterested in much of anything in life, nights sweats, foggy thinking. I thought it was related to menopause & that my life was no longer worth living. A friend of mine suggested that I consider natural hormone replacement therapy as it could help me to feel better. That it would help was an understatement. The difference was dramatic. After a relatively short time, I felt like my old self. My energy increased. My mood was upbeat. My interest in life was greatly enhanced. I felt much younger and happier. I started doing many of the things I had done before menopause had dulled my senses. I started to attend yoga and dance classes again. I went skiing with my son. I took my dogs for long walks or hikes. I feel as if I got a second chance at life.
