Early Menopause

I was surprised to enter menopause at 38, in the middle of adopting our second daughter. Symptoms included trouble sleeping, hair loss, and depression. I tried every form of HRT, and learned too late that synthetic Estradiol caused me to develop benign fibroadenomas throughout my uterus and ovaries.
I needed a full hysterectomy, and thankfully switched to compounded sublingual troches. Paired with progesterone, my hormones stabilized and I could sleep again.
2 years ago I wanted to save money, so I switched to an oral capsule. The results were DISASTROUS - unstable depression, anxiety, and loss of sleep.

I went back on compounded troches, and it took months to restabilize.

Compounded bioidenticals gave me my life back!!

Hear their stories. Protect their own words. Protect their access to compounded medicines.

On this page, we can only touch on the data that demonstrates the importance of compounded medicines to the lives of millions of people in this country. While the decision to take this vital therapy from patients and physicians might be profitable for big pharmaceutical companies, it will be disastrous for the millions of patients that those same pharmaceutical companies cannot serve!

We encourage the appropriate committees in both the House and Senate to hold hearings on this critical issue.
