“Compounded HRT is vital to my health and quality of life!”

I have been taking compounded hormone replacement therapy medicines for approximately 10 years. My symptoms began in my late 30's with low energy, high anxiety, sleeplessness, low libido, and poor sexual sensitivity, weakness during exercising, and the list goes on! I was fortunate enough to have a friend refer me to a hormone specialist in the area, and a check of my hormone levels revealed low progesterone and DHEA. Immediately upon beginning a topical progesterone and oral DHEA I was able to eliminate all of the above symptoms. I was sleeping, I had normal energy, I no longer had any anxiety, I was strong again during workouts, and my sex quality returned to normal. I cannot iterate enough how HRT has improved my entire quality of life! More recently, in my late 40s, I began having symptoms of night sweats, foggy thinking, low energy, poor immune system with inability to fight upper respiratory infections, sleeplessness, weight gain despite daily exercise and healthy diet, and again the list goes on! In testing my hormone levels, my estradiol/estrogen had dropped significantly, to less than half of what it had been in years' past. Thus, I began a topical estrogen (BIEST), and once again my symptoms improved significantly! My thinking is now clear, my ability to maintain my weight is back, my immune system is stronger, my energy level is higher, my overall mood is happier, I am much stronger during workouts, I have less night sweats and am sleeping better. I would be absolutely devastated, and my quality of life significantly impaired, if I no longer had access to compounded HRTs. I'm honestly not sure I would be able to maintain my career at the current work level performance. Yes, it's that vital to me! Please let me know anything I can do to help the compounding pharmacies fight this battle!
