I have been using cBHT since 2012 initially for sleep deprivation caused by Estrogen dominance issues which a medical ablation covered up but did not help the root cause. Now almost 10 years later, at 56 yrs young I am in the best shape of my life and all my issues due to hormonal imbalances have been solved with no side effects. In fact my doctor tells me I’m his healthiest patient and my Fitbit shows my cardio fitness is a 41 and anything above 33.9 is excellent for my age!
