cBHT has helped me tremendously! After a hysterectomy in 2004, I was placed on the Climara Patch, which caused various side effects. Next, I was prescribed a pill (don't recall name). After having various health issues, I transitioned to cBHT. I no longer have the previous symptoms I was having. I've been on compounding hormones for years now, and I am more balanced, no brain fog, health issues all leveled out, and much happier. I would hate to think that restrictions would be placed on compounded hormone therapy. Please stop looking at compounding hormones to pick on or to change, and try to understand what most of us women have been going through. There is extreme frustration with having the typical medical community imposing their thoughts of wanting to prescribe harsh prescriptions onto us. To the FDA and the NASEM Study, please understand how much compounding hormone thearapy helps!

Hear their stories. Protect their own words. Protect their access to compounded medicines.

On this page, we can only touch on the data that demonstrates the importance of compounded medicines to the lives of millions of people in this country. While the decision to take this vital therapy from patients and physicians might be profitable for big pharmaceutical companies, it will be disastrous for the millions of patients that those same pharmaceutical companies cannot serve!

We encourage the appropriate committees in both the House and Senate to hold hearings on this critical issue.
