cBHT has greatly improved my quality of life. I have hypothyroidism, low progesterone, low testosterone, and low estrogen. Approximately 20 years ago, I began experiencing increased fatigue, unexplained weight gain, and fewer menstrual cycles. I thought that I just needed to exercise more and eat a more healthy diet. It seemed to work for a while then back to the same decline. I would then workout harder and start to see progress then the same unexplainable cycle of decline. I used to be a morning person, had plenty of energy during the day, and slept well at night. I even developed obstructive sleep apnea requiring the use of CPAP at night aftering eventually gaining 60-70 pounds over a period of about 10 years. I asked my PCP about hypothyroidism and he didn't think that my lab work (TSH only) warranted a referral to an endocrinologist. I finally got an appointment with a doctor that specialized in integrative health, who looked at my lab work from the past couple of years and immediately prescribed natural supplement for my hypothyroidism and ordered more specific labwork for hormone levels. I also discovered that I was gluten sensitive. I was started on cBHT then a gluten-free diet and lost 40 pounds in about six months. I had more energy, was sleeping better, and no longer required use of CPAP at night. Things were moving in a positive direction. There are still some setbacks and challenges, but I could not have done it without cBHT!
