cBHT has been absolutely life changing. Before I started taking cBHT, I had terrible menstrual cramps, daily headaches that could not be relieved with OTC pharmaceuticals, extreme mood swings and insomnia that also was not relieved by prescription pharmaceuticals. Also, I was experiencing acne breakouts in my late thirties into my forties. There were other more minor perimenopausal symptoms as well that on their own would likely not have prompted me to seek therapy. Since being on cBHT my quality of life has drastically improved.
