Before I found this bioidentical therapy, I felt terrible! I had night sweats, hot flashes, restless leg syndrome, skin issues, weight gain, hair loss, bone ache, fatigue, brain fog (like ADD) and lack of desire to do much of anything. After finding a doctor that specialized in bioidentical HRT. After a routine blood test I found out the reason I felt horrible was due to my estradiol levels and progesterone levels being at 0.1! My testosterone was at 3. Not one week after being on the therapy, I felt amazing. No more issues. I sleep great, my joints do not hurt, my skin stopped itching and I was finally able to lose the 35 pounds I had gained. My hair is growing back and my skin is starting to look better too. My libido is back to normal and my zest for life and activity level is through the roof like it used to be. I am a personal trainer and yoga teacher. This therapy has changed my life so much that I never plan on getting off of it. My husband decided to get his numbers tested too and is now on bioidentical testosterone therapy.
