Before compounded hormones, my ability to work and my quality of life was severely affected. I could barely function each day, much less take care of my family and hold a steady job. As a 39 year old mom of two, I struggled to continue teaching due to low hormones and adrenal fatigue. After six months on hormones, my levels returned to near normal and I was able to work full time for the first time in years. I continue to see improvements with adjustments to my medication and will likely need these until well past menopause. This is extremely important to me and my family. We must keep cBHT available!

Hear their stories. Protect their own words. Protect their access to compounded medicines.

On this page, we can only touch on the data that demonstrates the importance of compounded medicines to the lives of millions of people in this country. While the decision to take this vital therapy from patients and physicians might be profitable for big pharmaceutical companies, it will be disastrous for the millions of patients that those same pharmaceutical companies cannot serve!

We encourage the appropriate committees in both the House and Senate to hold hearings on this critical issue.
