In addition, many of the options available are in too high of doses and I can start them with much smaller doses easily. I am on estrogen patches to prevent migraines. As a person with ovaries and a uterus, I therefore need to take some form of progesterone with it. The regularly prescribed Prometrium 100 mg made me absolutely miserable. I was on it for six months and was constantly tired, weepy, and depressed. Compounded progesterone at the 55 mg dose has all benefits and none of the side effects.

I was sitting at an outdoor Beach Boys concert. It was hot already, but my hot flashes made it almost unbearable! I was miserable. It lasted for about 2 weeks and when I found out about cBHT it didn't take long to feel so much better and the hot flashes are gone and never to return. That to me is unbelievable! More women need to know about this. It would save having a miserable life versus being comfortable and alive again...and some marriages too.
