It gives me energy and helps to keep my body strong. There was night and day difference once I started to take it.

I have been on cBHT for about 15 years and plan to be on cBHT for the rest of my life. I had hot flashes so bad - I had them about every hour all day long and at night when I would role over or change positions I would have them. My mood is so much better says my husband. My bone density test improved while I have been on cBHT. I do hope the FDA would reconsider not restricting the use of compounded cBHT. Having a doctorate, naturally I did my own research when I first experienced menopause symptoms. I was managing 2 businesses, & raising a daughter with a learning disability. I had to perform at optimum capacity, & could not do that effectively when I was losing sleep & waking up drenched in sweat. I did not like the idea of taking a pharmaceutical drug with side effects. I began taking bio identical compounded hormones in my early fifties. I am now 68 & have had absolutely no side effects in over 15 years. I had a full hysterectomy, including ovaries at 43 years. It put me into menopause immediately. At the time I lived in Washington state. My surgeon prescribed me the manufactured hormones in the form of a patch. I had a terrible experience with that as I was allergic and it would leave red blotches all over my body. It also did not work, I was depressed, tired and irritable. I still had hot flashes and lost all sexual drive. I went years like that, miserable. Why would anyone want to take that away from women like me? I am outraged that the FDA is even considering this.

I am fortunate to have as my primary care physician a woman who is exceptionally knowledgeable about the aging process in women and has educated herself about prescribing natural supplements to replace drugs typically routinely prescribed by specialists. I had to go off my cBHT for a few weeks (for bloodwork) and was miserable. I couldn't wait to get back on my estrogen patch, testosterone creme and Progesterone pill. They have changed my life! I'm 57 and had terrible menopause symptoms.

I am seriously allergic to commercial hormone replacement therapy. I have been extremely happy with the compounding of c-progesterone with no side effects.

I have hypothyroidism and have my thyroid medicine compounded. I found out that I am allergic to traditional over the counter prescription thyroid pills as I get severe leg cramps that are debilitating and extremely painful with them. My compounded prescription meds have to be hypoallergenic which I cannot get through traditional prescriptions. Thyroid meds have affected the functioning of my heart, moisture levels in my body, sleeping patterns, bowel movements, memory and brain functions, and my overall mood and emotional outlook on life in a very positive way. My body and life are significantly better since we changed to compounded meds and dialed in on the correct dosage, of which doesn't come in OTC form even if I could take them.

I AM VERY PLEASE WITH MY HORMONE REPLACEMENT I enjoy comfortable days and nights while I'm on HRT. Without it, I'm miserable with side effects of menopause.
