HRT has greatly improved my life in more ways than one. I can sleep through the night, wake feeling rested, and have a clear and alert mind at work. Thyroid function has also vastly improved by taking HRT. My body temperature is now regulated. I hate to think compounding might be taken away. I should be the one making a choice on my type of medical treatment, not the FDA. HRT is safer and compounded for MY needs, which is not the same as for all others. Individuality and safety concerns were my decisions in choosing compounded HRT. Both my MD and DO recommend and support my decision. Do not take this freedom away from me.
