The creams did not work for me. But the implantable pellets, taken along with the progesterone pills created by a compound pharmacy, were a complete game changer. My hot flashes have totally gone away. I have more energy, sex drive, I think more clearly, and more. I highly recommend the implantable pellets, along with the progesterone pills from a compound pharmacy. I hope that the FDA does not restrict compounded hormone replacement therapy!

I had vaginal dryness and the normal Big Pharma vaginal cream prescribed did no good, but the bioidentical hormones set back the clock and I am still having well lubricated and enjoyable sex at 75 years age. My sister also used the same bioidentical estradiol and progesterone creams and had her bone density go from osteopenia to normal bone density. Bioidentical hormones didn't cause problems. Horse piss Premarin Estrogen and artifical Progestrone did. They threw out the baby with the bathwater because the bioidentical hormones did not cause the problems. Un-opposed estrogen caused a problem because it must be countered with real progesterone not Progestin. These should not be illegal just because Big Pharma can't make money on them. I had an ultrasound just recently, and everything is good: ovaries, uterus- no problems.

These replacements have changed my life for the better! I didn't know I was feeling so bad until I started HRT and started feeling better. I thought this is the way everyone feels but once I started therapy my life change in so many ways. I feel less anxious. I am much calmer. Before therapy I felt like I was always on the verge of boiling over. The tension and anxiety building up in my body was unexplainable. In addition to the anxiety I was having hot flashes that interfered with my ability to work while having them. I worked in healthcare.
I would have night sweats and be unable to sleep for days. I would wake up tired and unrested and then again with anxiety. This went on and on and escalated for years. I didn't realize the anxiety was a symptom of menopause. Since taking cBHT I have never felt better. I wish I had heard about them and started taking them years ago. I can't imagine my life without them! My quality of life would be greatly diminished and I would not be able to function as I do now.
