Being on cBHT requires that you have testing such as bloodwork, nutritional testing, salvia testing for hormones and cortisol, mammograms' etc. so I am in better health than the average individual. Since being on cBHT I have had less sick days and have needed less medical attention, doctors visits for illness, outpatient hospital stays and prescription drugs.

When I entered my 50's, I began experiencing many of menopause's negative symptoms. The worst was my inability to think coherently! I felt like I was swimming in a dense fog. In conversation, I would string together sentences that made no sense whatsoever. Just so much "word salad". At the time, I still can't believe how badly I itched! I scratched myself raw. Night sweats soaked my bed. Good fortune sent me to Suzanne Somers' book about bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and I gratefully realized I didn't have to continue to be miserable. With my very first cream application my nasty hormonal migraine disappeared. That same day I felt so much more comfortable in my own skin. And the fog lifted and I could think! I run a business and I have to have all my faculties working optimally every day. Now 17 years have passed. I will be 70 years old in December. It's like night and day! Insomnia, brain fog, anxiety, anger/irritation, inability to control body temp (hot flashes to freezing cold) ALL have gone away. I simply feel NORMAL! I was taken off all hormones for a month when I had a breast cancer scare and the lab lost my results. ALL those symptoms came back and now that I'm menopausal, there was a new symptom: increased belly fat and I eat low carb and workout hard and lead a very active lifestyle. Once I restarted the hormones (no breast cancer), ALL those symptoms went away. Plus they're a safer alternative to synthetic hormones which, I might add, don't have the combination I need!

When I first sought medical help, I was in an extremely busy CFO position that was very stressful. I found I had a racing heart, chest pains, very foggy thinking, couldn't concentrate, and had aches and pains all over. One doctor said I had chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia and I kept looking. An infectious disease doctor said I had zero inflammation in my body but I showed all the classic hallmark signs of low testosterone. After starting the cream, I was myself again in about two weeks, slowly emerging from a deep fog of constant pain, forgetfulness, ineffective at work, missing appointments, not able to enjoy life or exercise or anything- I hurt constantly. I would never taken traditional prescription treatments for any reason, but the safety and effectiveness of the bioodentical compounded hormones has given me a calm, easy way to enter menopause. It has balanced things that were too low and eliminated mood swings, hot flashes, and vaginal dryness. My energy is better, overall wellness has improved, and many other symptoms have improved.
