Although I have only been using this for about six months now, the one MAJOR change I noticed was that it helped dramatically with my incontinence. In the morning, I was unable to make it from bed to the bathroom without dribbling and now this problem has subsided. It is starting to reignite my sex drive and I am not losing hair as bad now. Also, my hot flashes and night sweats have gone from having a dozen hot flashes a day/night, to maybe one during the day and another at night. My sleep has improved ... to the point I used to sleep 6-7 hours a night and now I can sleep soundly for 8-9 hours! With continued use, I hope to see improvements in other areas as well ... i.e.; dry skin, more energy, better moods, etc..
