Access to progesterone

I was having severe allergy problems of sinus drainage and coughing. The ENT and Pulmonologist could not find a prescription to help and they did not know why I was coughing. They said I had a lot of sinus drainage that was going into the lungs and I was coughing to clear out that drainage. I tried over 10 different drugs and treatments to no avail.

Then my pharmacist suggested that I do a cortisol test and progesterone since I'd had a lot of personal stress recently. My cortisol was way low normal, almost low and my progesterone was not measurable.

I started topical progesterone once daily and within a week my coughing stopped. My progesterone was so low that my body couldn't make enough cortisol to control allergies. I continued the progesterone and discontinued several asthma and allergy medications that were making me feel anxious with brain fog and memory issues.

Topical progesterone has given my life and energy back!

If I had to continue the allergy route Medicare would have spent over $1,000 a month for the rest of my life for allergy and asthma medications.

Hear their stories. Protect their own words. Protect their access to compounded medicines.

On this page, we can only touch on the data that demonstrates the importance of compounded medicines to the lives of millions of people in this country. While the decision to take this vital therapy from patients and physicians might be profitable for big pharmaceutical companies, it will be disastrous for the millions of patients that those same pharmaceutical companies cannot serve!

We encourage the appropriate committees in both the House and Senate to hold hearings on this critical issue.
