If only the pharmaceutical industry would simply start making these hormones in their own trademarked combinations or get out of the way and allow the market to function properly. It's not enough for them that they also lobby the insurance companies causing these hormones to not be covered or only a tiny percentage to be covered. I wish for once the government would do the right thing and stay out of health care. Their track record thus far is abysmal. Please do not remove the one hope so many people have for a normal life.
