My use of compounded hormones started as I grappled with the beginning of menopause. I was aware the symptoms that I was experiencing were not unusual. Over a couple of years, my bone density looked better.
I believe that a woman or man should have the opportunity to pursue the medical options of compounded hormones that they and their doctor believe will improve their quality of life.
The flawed NASEM report should not be allowed to change the availably of these therapies. These have been used for many years in this county and many others. This should not be allowed to change.
