cBHT has greatly improved my quality of life. I have hypothyroidism, low progesterone, low testosterone, and low estrogen. Approximately 20 years ago, I began experiencing increased fatigue, unexplained weight gain, and fewer menstrual cycles. I thought that I just needed to exercise more and eat a more healthy diet. I also discovered that I was gluten sensitive. I was started on cBHT then a gluten-free diet and lost 40 pounds in about six months. I had more energy, was sleeping better, and no longer required use of CPAP at night. Things were moving in a positive direction. There are still some setbacks and challenges, but I could not have done it without cBHT!
