Unfortunately, I discovered cBHT a little late into managing my menopause symptoms. So, I suffered through several years of using personal coping skills of meditation, self-medication, exercise and other things to curb the hot flashes, the depression, the insomnia, the anxiety, the moodiness and brain fog.
