The pill form was not well absorbed enough to be effective and the patch had an ingredient that made me sick. The only method that works for me is compounding hormones. I would hate to think of the symptoms I would suffer if it was no longer available. I am worried about the effect on my work and home life if I had to suffer the symptoms of menopause without help from cBHT.
