Prior to cBHT, I had to nap every afternoon for an hour around 4PM just to make it through the remainder of the day OR overload on caffeine in order to do so. I also had experienced loss of libido, lack of energy, general malaise, and interrupted night time sleep patterns. Since cBHT, my skin texture has vastly improved. I no longer require a nap in the afternoon. At 58 years old, I feel in my 40's again. This cBHT has been a lifesaver!
